Focused and Fearless 2018

IMG_9268.jpg
I’m excited for a brand new year! Aren’t you? You’re either with New Year Resolutions or against them. Personally, I’m a big goal-setter so whether it’s the middle of the month or the end of the year, I love me some good goal plan & action inspo! There is so much magic in the air right now; everyone is motivated to finally crush some of their long anticipated aspirations. It’s the perfect time to get really focused on who we want to become and what we want to do this year. Let’s make this 2018 a memorable one!

Let’s live in the moment, take tons of pictures, spend time with our friends and family, challenge our comfort zones, take risks, make mistakes, and learn from them. Laugh it off, let it go, forgive others (and ourselves), travel and see new sights, get healthy and strong, take care of ourselves (mentally and physically) volunteer, get closer to God, learn new things, create, cook, read, write, network, adventure, and simply enjoy our life in the present moment. Don’t wait for a Monday or for you to get “in shape” – Start your growth journey now and allow yourself to become the best version of yourself – the woman that beats to her own drum boldly and unapologetically.

Actionable steps:

1. Make a list of all you want to accomplish and categorize your goals for ultimate organization.

2. Find accountability in a friend, family member or social media platform. (Send me an email if you want me to be your accountability partner! bjjandselflove@gmail.com)

3. Get to work on 2 goals per week. (In a month, you’ll have accomplished or made progress on 8 goals! Now imagine what you could do in 12 months?)

4. Journal your plan, thoughts, and progress along the way.

  1. I LOVE all your goals!! If you have any questions about graphic design, HTML & CSS, or calligraphy I AM YOUR GIRL! I’m dabbling in calligraphy myself. 🙂 I also want to attempt to compete 2x this year. Let’s kill 2018!
